Navistar Names Kathy Seegebrecht New VP of Marketing for IC Bus

Navistar announced that David Hillman has moved to the company’s global truck group and that Kathy Seegebrecht steps into his former role as vice president of marketing for the global bus division.

Seegebrecht was vice president of marketing for Navistar’s parts group. Prior to joining Navistar, Seegebrecht spent 15 years with BP in a variety of sales and marketing roles.

“We are proud to add Kathy to the team,” said John McKinney, president of Navistar Global Bus, which includes the IC brand. “Kathy’s experience in the parts group and external perspective will provide our group with new thinking and a fresh approach to the market.”

Meanwhile, Hillman will manage Navistar’s corporate relationship with Caterpillar. Hillman worked on the IC Bus for seven years, and McKinney said he played a significant role in promoting the school bus brand and serving as an influential voice and advocate for the school and commercial bus industry.

“We’re grateful for David’s tremendous contributions to our team and the industry as a whole and we wish him nothing but the best in his new role,” McKinney added.
