Holding firm to the belief that there are at least two sides to every story, we felt a double-exposure image on the cover begins to tell the tale of the current national concern regarding school bus security and concerns about how drivers can and should respond to on-board incidents. Plus, it’s a great way to usher in our redesign for 2016.
