Cummins Connected Diagnostics is Now Available With Saucon Technologies Can Do System

BETHLEHEM, Pa. — Saucon Technologies, provider of a broad range of solutions to reduce risk and improve operational efficiency in the transportation industry, and Cummins Inc. (NYSE: CMI), a leading independent manufacturer of diesel and natural gas engines, controls and emission solutions, announced today that Cummins Connected Diagnostics application is now available to customers using Saucon’s CAN Do solution.

Saucon is the first technology provider in the transit industry to offer Connected Diagnostics to customers with Cummins power, enabling improved visibility of engine diagnostics. Connected Diagnostics leverages data from Saucon’s CAN Do system to deliver immediate notification of engine system faults, and also provides actionable information with genuine Cummins recommendations in an easy-to-understand notification report. The innovative CAN Do system interacting with Connected Diagnostics provides high levels of operation and repair support for the Cummins diesel and natural gas-powered bus industry.
