Calif. Calls for School Bus Safety Improvement

A recently introduced bill by Calif. Senator Tony Mendoza would require school buses in the state to be equipped with child-safety alarm systems to ensure that children are not left on buses unattended and in potentially hazardous circumstances, reported California Newswire.

“No parent should fear that their child will not return home safely at the end of the day,” said Mendoza.
