The video showing a Klein ISD bus driver putting children in danger has parents pondering whether the driver should face criminal charges, according to ABC 13.
As previously reported, footage shows a close call between a train and a school bus, the driver unconcerned behind the wheel. While no one was injured in the incident and the driver was fired, some parents hope that these actions open a criminal investigation.
“Whether or not criminal charges are filed, I’m not to say, but maybe the Harris County DA’s office needs to look into it,” said one mother whose 14-year-old son was a aboard the bus.
