Wet Roads Blamed for School Bus Crash, Two Injured

A Texas-area school bus toppled onto its side on a rain-slickened road, according to KSAT 12.

The bus fishtailed and went off the road before landing on its side.

A county sheriff spokesman said a bus monitor and the bus driver were injured in the crash. Both suffered minor injuries. Two special-needs students on the bus weren’t injured.

“We are looking into whether speed may have been a factor, (but) wet roads are the primary reason this crash happened,” said the spokesman.
