The STN EXPO takes place July 25-28, with the inaugural one-day Green Bus Summit being held on Wednesday, July 29. Though technically there is one less day for the STN EXPO, it will still offer the same number of workshops under four educational tracks: Special Needs and Head Start; Safety and Security; Management and Operations; and Maintenance and Technology. We will be accepting calls for proposals for workshops under these tracks.
The agenda for the Green Bus Summit will differ as the symposium aims to improve bus operator and fleet director knowledge of alternative fuels and clean energy by sharing the latest trends and experiences to help attendees gain efficiency and productivity through the deployment of procurement. It also will provide fleet operating strategies that help reduce diesel and gasoline consumption, and the associated environmental impacts.
