Thursday was highlighted by a detailed two-part overview of the “Aspen on the Bus” curriculum presented by Dr. Ben Springer, a national certified and award-winning school psychologist as well as author and a former director of special education.
The NHTSA Child Passenger Safety on School Buses National Training and Wheelchair Securement Boot Camp Training presented by AMF Bruns also took place. The day closed with the first-ever Special Needs Ride & Drive Experience plus a reception.
