Forsythe Transportation Documents Best Practices for Saudia Arabia Company that Transports Students

JEDDAH, Saudi Arabia – Forsythe Transportation has just completed a major consulting project, serving as the school bus industry subject matter expert for Hafil Transport, the largest private bus transport company in Saudi Arabia and the Gulf Cooperative Countries.

Hafil Transport is a division of the Mohammed Y. Naghi Group, based in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. For the past 10 years, Hafil’s primary business has been transporting 39 percent of the 3 million Islamic tourists who visit during the Hajj, the Islamic Pilgrimage to Mecca and Medina in Saudi Arabia. Hafil has recently won contracts to transport more than 500,000 girls to school every day in five regions of the Kingdom.

Forsythe Transportation assisted KPMG in documenting the current policies and procedures of Hafil. Forsythe then tailored the school bus industry’s best practices for Hafil operations and provided a draft strategic plan to assist Hafil in its transformation.
