MANASSAS, Va. — ARI-HETRA has announced the release of its newest product addition, the portable Model ALS-18 Heavy-Duty Alignment Stands. These stands are to be used in conjunction with the HDML Mobile Lifting System, providing a portable solution for Heavy-Duty alignment that does not require a dedicated service bay.
The ALS-18 stands provide ample under vehicle access making it easy to inspect, adjust and replace steering and suspension components during an alignment. They are easy to move using a pallet jack and can be put away when the alignment procedure is complete. Best of all ALS-18 stands work with the ARI-HETRA HDML Mobile Lifting System providing more versatility than a dedicated alignment rack. ARI-HETRA offers both turn plates and slip plates or you can use your own. These stands are manufactured in the USA and lifetime training is included with each purchase.
Setting up and using the stands is easy and user friendly. To begin the alignment procedure, use an HDML Mobile Lifting System to raise the vehicle. Using a pallet jack, position each alignment stand under the desired tire of the vehicle. Ensure the alignment stands are level by adjusting the feet while viewing the built-in bubble levels. The alignment stands will self-center to the wheels of the vehicle and built in wheel stops improve safety. From this point the vehicle will be sitting on the turn plates and slip plates and ready for the alignment procedure.
