As established partners, SageQuest and Data-Basics have taken information which is critical to each of their customers and combined it to deepen the insight they deliver independently. Together, this information provides a real-time view of field service work order information with vehicle location.
Real-time visibility is becoming a requirement in field service management, to better manage work order priorities and improve customer satisfaction. Using location data from Mobile Control and criteria from SAM-Pro, this integration gives a dispatcher the ability to immediately map and dispatch the closest qualified field technician to the job. To expedite arrival time, the dispatcher can then electronically send the fastest turn-by-turn directions directly to the technician en route.
