TransPar Group Acquires Educational Consulting Company

TransPar Group, which specializes in school transportation services, has acquired Access Management Group, Inc., an educational consulting company.

With the acquisition of Access Management Group, TransPar clients will have the added advantage of being able to benefit from a full array of educational consulting services, including assistance in the areas of business operations, finance, human resources, and maintenance and facilities.

“Access Management Group will complement the services already provided by TransPar,” said Ruth Newby, president of TransPar Group. “The acquisition is a good fit for both companies and, most importantly, provides a great advantage for our clients.”

TransPar, based in Lee’s Summit, Mo., was established in 1995 by seasoned transportation professionals to provide strategic solutions to student transportation issues.
