Veolia Transportation On Demand Acquires Yellow Cab of Colorado Springs, Colo.

COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo. — Veolia Transportation On Demand announced the acquisition of RDSM Transportation, LLC d/b/a Yellow Cab of Colorado Springs, Colo. The purchase price was not disclosed.

This is the second acquisition for Veolia Transportation “On Demand” for key acquisitions in the last 30 days. The acquisition of Yellow Cab is comprised of 185 independent contractor drivers and approximately 30 employees. The General Manager and employees will remain with Veolia Transportation On Demand.

This is a key acquisition for Veolia Transportation On Demand in Colorado where Veolia Transportation already operates in this market with paratransit and bus service. Veolia Transportation also has operations including SuperShuttle and taxi in Denver, Boulder and Fort Collins making this an excellent addition to its service offerings along the front range.
