LBS South of Jacksonville, Fla., owned and operated by Leonard Bus Sales has completed a deal with River Bus and RV Sales to acquire certain business assets and the distribution rights for IC Bus.
“The completion of the deal between Rivers Bus and LBS South is an important milestone for IC Bus customers in Florida,” said Mike Leonard, president of LBS South. “It marks the changing of the guard and sets the stage for LBS South to bring our award-winning customer support and commitment to excellence to our new Florida customers.”
LBS will provide training, service and support to customers by using mobile support vehicles and expanding facility capabilities. The company added that it also plans to expand its product line, add an additional full-service distribution facility and employees.
