Fog Blamed for Fatal School Bus Crash

A Texas man is dead after his pickup slammed into an Ennis School District bus, police officials claiming the heavy fog that blanketed the area that morning as the likely culprit of the crash, reported WFAA 8.

The bus was pulling out onto a local highway when it was hit by the truck. The pickup driver was pronounced dead on arrival at an area hospital. Three kids and the school bus driver had minor injuries.

This stretch of highway is known for its accidents with roughly a half  dozen other wrecks reported in this area during the same time period because of the fog.
