Former School Bus Driver Indicted on Child Sex Charges

A 47-year-old school bus driver in Lebanon, Tennessee, has been indicted on one charge of sexual battery of a child less than 13 years old and two counts of aggravated sexual exploitation of a minor, according to 6 ABC.

The alleged crimes happened between November and January the driver was employed by the Lebanon Special School District.

The Lebanon director of schools reported that the driver was fired Jan. 15 for insubordination and neglect of duty. An investigation revealed some “troubling information” that lead school officials to contact law enforcement.
