CNN reported that an 18-year-old high school senior and three accomplaces, two of whom are 17 years old and one 16, are free on bail after being arrested and charged with felony rape for allegedly sexually assaulting a 16-year-old and a 12-year-old on the school bus.
The district attorney reportedly viewed audio and video taken from the school bus before charging the four suspects. The district said all four suspects have been suspended from school and two wrestling coaches were fired.
