The parent of an Alabama student recently filed a lawsuit against the school district’s transportation service and bus driver, over a January bus crash that sent two students to the hospital, reported WAAY 31.
According to the police department’s accident report, the school bus driver ran a red light and hit another vehicle. The lawsuit is seeking compensation and punitive damages.
