Daniel R. Mowers, a school bus driver for the Gilboa-Conesville School District, allegedly had a blood alcohol level of .12 percent while he drove children, according to the Daily Star.
The 42-year-old driver has been charged with the multiple counts of Leandra’s Law—driving while intoxicated with children in the vehicle—on top of being charged with the 13 misdemeanors of endangering the welfare of the children who had disembarked from the bus.
