Last month, Karen Judy of Bonneville Joint School District No. 93 in Idaho Falls, Idaho, was the grand-prize winner of a Carribean cruise during a drawing held at the HSM Transportation Solutions booth during the STN EXPO Trade Show.
“This was the 3rd STN Conference I’ve had the privilege of attending,” the transportation supervisor told STN. “They are always wonderful and full of helpful information.”
She added that her excitement over winning the cruise was enhanced with the knowledge of when it will take place: Nov. 21.
“It will be great to be cruising somewhere warm when the snow begins to fly in Idaho,” she said.
But first, Judy and the rest of the Bonneville transportation team start school on Tuesday. She said the district has built six new elementary schools over the last eight years, with the most recent additions resulting in boundary changes for, and re-routing of buses to, seven of the district’s 14 total elementary schools.
