School Goes High-Tech

Students in Hollister, Missouri, can go to school knowing they are among the safest in North America. The most unique part of the school’s new security system: its use on the school buses, reported Business Wire.

The system generates two ID’s, one for the bus and one for the driver, so without those two ID’s, the gate won’t open. The gates have sensors that can detect individual badges for each bus driver, so if ayone other than that bus driver tries to drive a bus in or out of the bus barn, these gates simply won’t open.
